Our checks follow the agreed specifications for each wholesale or custom order.
Confirm the order specification
Compare the finished piece with the agreed order sheet or template: model, base size, contour, hair material, colour, grey percentage, length, density and curl.
Inspect the base construction
Check the base shape, material, seams, perimeter, edges and requested clips or attachment details against the approved construction.
Check hair and density
Inspect colour, grey distribution, length, texture and density in each specified area. Check the hairline and parting against the order requirements.
Inspect ventilation and knot work
Check ventilation direction, knots and the requested hairline finish. Where knot bleaching is ordered, inspect the treated areas and base condition.
Check finishing and order identification
Check styling or precut work when ordered, cleanliness, product labels and order identification. Photos or video can be shared for order verification.
Final packing and dispatch check
Match each piece with the order reference, confirm quantity and packing protection, and check the delivery information before dispatch.

Wholesale ordering terms
- Stock minimum order: 3 pieces.
- Custom minimum order: 1 piece.
- Sample payment: 100% payment in advance before sample processing or production.
- Defective products: Contact our team with the order reference and supporting photographs or video. Customers arrange and pay for return shipping to the Phuc Thien Toupee factory after receiving return instructions. Assessment and the applicable remedy follow inspection under the agreed warranty and returns policy.

Custom-made hair systems require 6–12 weeks of production. Rush Order: 3–6 weeks, subject to production availability and confirmation of any surcharge. Shipping and fitting are scheduled separately. Contact our team before your Vietnam trip to plan your consultation, measurements and order; completion during a short holiday cannot be guaranteed.
