Five steps. One complete maintenance visit.
Tell us about your system and its current condition when you book, so we can confirm the work before your appointment.
STEP 1Remove the hairpiece
Carefully release the adhesive and remove the hairpiece, then clean away remaining build-up from the base.
STEP 2Wash your scalp and hairpiece
Shampoo the client’s natural hair and scalp, and wash the hairpiece separately. Gently detangle and condition the hair as needed.
STEP 3Apply adhesive and reinstall
Prepare the attachment area, apply suitable adhesive and reinstall the hairpiece. Check its alignment and secure fit with the client.
STEP 4Trim and blend overgrown hair
Trim overgrown natural hair and blend it with the reinstalled hairpiece for a balanced appearance.
STEP 5Style and finish
Style the hair to the agreed look and check the final finish with the client.

The maintenance fee is USD 50. Base repairs, hair refill, replacement systems and other additional work are assessed and quoted separately before proceeding.

Yes. This service welcomes tourists as well as expats and local residents. Send your preferred date to confirm availability.
Is the service USD 50?
Yes, the maintenance service fee is USD 50. Any repair, refill, replacement or additional work is discussed and quoted separately.
When is the maintenance service complimentary?
The USD 50 maintenance service fee is waived when you order a new product from our store. New products start from USD 190. This does not include fitting for the new product; that fitting fee is charged separately.
Is a private room available?
Yes. Please tell our team when booking if you prefer a private room for your maintenance visit.
Do you offer maintenance packages for local residents?
Yes. A single visit is USD 50. For customers living in Ho Chi Minh City, our packages are 3 visits for USD 130, 6 visits for USD 200, or 12 visits for USD 380. Contact our team to arrange your package and appointments.
How long should I allow?
Send the team details of your system and its condition. We will confirm the expected appointment time when arranging your visit.
