Warranty begins on delivery and covers manufacturing defects, base faults and abnormal shedding caused by production errors.

Report within 30 days with an unboxing video and clear supporting photographs.

Incorrect use or care, dyeing, bleaching, perming, adhesive misuse, normal shedding and heat or environmental damage are excluded.

Depending on inspection, solutions may include repair, partial remake, discount or credit.

Each case is reviewed individually; shipping costs may apply.
