Report manufacturing defects or production issues within 30 days of receipt. Supply a clear unboxing video and photographs showing the issue on arrival.
Original condition
Items must remain unused, uncut, undyed and unaltered. Cutting, styling, bleaching or other modifications invalidate refund eligibility.
Exclusions
Improper use, maintenance, installation, storage, ordinary wear, third-party repairs and subjective colour or density dissatisfaction are excluded.
Refund amount
Approved claims receive 100% of the eligible order value, excluding shipping, transaction fees and service charges.
Return procedure
Contact our team first for return instructions. Customers arrange and pay for secure return shipping to the Phuc Thien Toupee factory at No. 26/9, Street 57, Thuong Hamlet, Tan Thong Hoi Ward, Cu Chi District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Assessment and approved refunds follow inspection.
